Spinach and prawn terrine



  1. Heat the oil for 1 minute at 120ºC, speed S

50 gr olive oil

  1. Add the sliced garlic and sauté for 2 minutes, 120°C, speed S

2 clv garlic

  1. Add the blanched spinach and press ‘Turbo’ once.

200 gr spinach ((cooked))


  1. Add the cooked and peeled prawns and salt and set for 1 minute, 120°C, speed 2

150 gr prawns ((cooked))


  1. Finally, add the cream, the milk and the eggs and mix for 1 minute, speed 3

150 gr liquid cream

350 gr milk

4 eggs

  1. Pour the mixture into a terrine and cook for 40 minutes in the oven at 180°C.
