Chocolate crêpes



  1. Place the mixing paddle on the blades. Add all the ingredients to the jug and set for 1 minute, speed

500 gr milk

4 eggs

100 gr sugar

100 gr flour

140 gr cacao powder

  1. To make the crêpes: Heat butter in a small frying pan. Cover the base of the pan with a small amount of crêpe batter and let the bottom turn golden brown. Flip and brown on the other side. Remove the finished crêpe from the pan and repeat the process with the rest of the batter.
