Preparation:

  1. Wash and remove the stems from the grapes, leaving the fruits whole.
  2. “Check” for 30 to 90 seconds in boiling water to reduce drying time.
  3. Dry at 135° F / 57° C for 22-30 hours or until wrinkled and pliable. Dehydrator raisins will be lighter and slightly more chubby than those dried in the sun.
