Pumpkin Pie Leather

Ingredients:

2 cups pureed Pumpkin
2 cups unsweetened Applesauce
2 cups canned Coconut Milk
4 Medjool Dates
1/4 cup Honey
1 tsp ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground Nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground Allspice

Preparation:

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
Spread mixture onto Paraflexx lined Excalibur Dehydrator trays. The mixture should be spread evenly and only about 1/4” thick.
Dry at 125 degrees F for 6-8 hours or until leathery
Let fruit leather cool & cut into strips.
