Ingredients:
- 2oz Knob Creek Rye
- 3/4oz Averna Amaro
- 1/2oz Carpano Antica
- 1/4oz Cynar
- 3 Dash Costal Root Bitters
- St George Absinthe Mist
- Smoked with Chinese 5 Spice
Directions:
Combine- Knob Creek Rye, Averna Amaro, Cynar, Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth, & Costal Root Bitter in mixing glass.
Add ice and stir until chilled.
Strain into a flask and smoke with Chinese 5 spice using the PolyScience Smoking Gun.
Swirl the cocktail in the flask to infuse smoke.
Mist a snifter with St. George Absinthe.
Pour into the snifter and serve.
