DRY-AGED MANGALITZA ENTRECÔTE ROASTS FROM THE GRILL

Ingredients :

Preparation :

1. Mix soy sauce, water and honey.

2. Add pepper and salt.

3. Preheat the grill to 120 degrees.

4. Bake the entrecote piece on the grill.

5. Sprinkle with the marinade.

6. Close the grill and spread every half an hour with marinade.

7. After about 3 hours the roast is finished.

8. For the accuracy, a roasting thermometer is recommended.
