Dried Figs

Ingredients:
- Figs (any variety)
Preparation:
- Wash figs well.
- Remove their stems and cut the figs into quarters.
- Spread figs out on your Excalibur trays with the skin-side facing down.
- Dry at 135°F for 22-26 hours or until dry but still pliable.
