Dehydrated Basil

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Harvest basil leaves the evening before. Throw away any dirty leaves.
  2. Then clip remaining leaves before flowers open
  3. Wash thoroughly and place the leaves on your Excalibur dehydrator trays so that they are not touching
  4. Dehydrate at no more than 95 degrees F for approximately 4-8 hours or until crisp enough to crumble.
