CV50 Troubleshoot :

Vacuum but not seal = 1.) Clean the contact area with sandpaper.
2.) Check if the seal bar is working properly ( The seal bar should heat up, If not try changing the new one )
3.) Replace new micro switch

E01 is when the machine cannot detect the pressure, may have a leakage in some place. Try press “Start” button and press the top lid to see if there is a vacuum.
If fixed, adjust the Sealing gasket on the lid or replaced with new one.
If not fixed, Change MAINBOARD

E02 is when the machine does not enters into seal mode, The micro switch does not close
Check if the vacuum lid is close
Change the Micro Switch

LP is when machine detect LOW POWER.
Try running the machine in different power socket.
Change CONTROL Board

RESET = Press and hold START and STOP until “RST” shows on display

หากเครื่องซีลไม่ซีลปากถุง แต่ไม่โชว์ error Code

ดึงตัวแถบซีลบาร์ออกเพื่อตรวจสอบ ขั้วทองเหลืองทั้งสองฝั่งว่ามีคราบสกปรกเกาะติดหรือไม่ หากมีให้นำกระดาษทรายขัด ตัวขั้วทองเหลืองทั้งสองฝั่งให้สะอาด และลองทำการซีลสูญญากาศอีกครั้งครับ

หลังจากเครื่องทำการซีลเสร็จให้ตรวจสอบว่าซีลบาร์มีความร้อนหรือไม่ (ตัวซีลบาร์อาจเสื่อมจดหมดสภาพ ) อาจต้องทำการสั่งซื้อซีลบาร์ตัวใหม่เพื่อทำการเปลี่ยน ครับ

หากปฏิบัติทั้งสองวิธีและยังไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ รบกวนคุณลูกค้าทำการส่งตัวเครื่องเข้ามาเพื่อตรวจเช็คและแก้ไขครับ

If the machine is not sealing the bag but does not show any code

Remove the sealing bar and check both side of the terminal where there is debris building up or not.
Clean and make sure that there is no debris left.
If the sealing bar does not work, check whether the sealing wire has worn out or not. Replace the new sealing bar.
